How it works

We've designed Cala to be as accessible as possible. Each 20 minute appointment is $119 and follows a clear process for investigating your current symptoms and putting together a treatment plan that is right for you.
Your first 20 minute appointment:
  • Your current symptoms
  • An overview of what treatment plan could assist with your symptoms
  • Lab forms emailed to you (if required)
  • HRT & Menopause info pack
Your second 20 minute appointment:
  • Overview of lab results (if ordered)
  • Treatment plan based on your symptoms and results
  • Relevant prescriptions emailed to you
  • HRT guidance (if prescribed)
You are also welcome to book additional follow up appointments, which could be particularly helpful for those starting on HRT for the first time and wanting further guidance.

Jenna
Hey I'm Jenna,
At age 34, as a mum of three young kids, I went into early menopause very unexpectedly. I suffered from extreme fatigue, anxiety, heart palpitations, and brain fog for nearly two years before being diagnosed and starting Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) - which was life changing. The journey to finding the right support was challenging and I knew after what I went through that I had to make a difference in making support more accessible for women in New Zealand.
I started Cala to help women get the support they need and the right treatment. Our goal is to make this support accessible nationwide and accessible to women who can't afford the current specialist support available. Our GPs have a special interest in women's hormones and they truly care about our patients quality of life.

We would love to help you during this challenging season of life.
